In addition to log furniture, we build one-of-a-kind custom wood projects for cabins, workshops, and homes across Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and northern Wisconsin. Each piece is designed around your space and built from locally harvested woods — aromatic red cedar, birch, maple, fir, and pine — dried, shaped, and finished by hand.

Cedar Desk

This aromatic red cedar desk was designed as the functional centerpiece of a cabin office, offering generous workspace along with the warm color and natural fragrance of cedar. The top and aprons are hand-shaped from solid cedar, while the legs—crafted from yellow birch—provide long-term stability and daily-use durability.

File Cabinet & Printer Table Cabinet

Matching storage pieces designed to keep cabin offices organized. Built to fit standard file folders and a desktop printer, these cabinets blend rustic character with practical storage and a small footprint. The file cabinet is constructed from sturdy aromatic red cedar plywood, with full-length balsam fir side trim that adds natural texture and visual warmth.

Decorative Round Table

A compact round table built as a decorative accent piece for cabins and entryways. The top highlights the natural grain and figure of aromatic red cedar, accented with interwoven red cedar and silver maple patterns. The base, crafted from beautifully curved silver maple, is built solid for long-term stability on wood or stone floors.

Aromatic Red Cedar Bookshelves (9 ft)

A handcrafted aromatic red cedar bookshelf designed to showcase the natural cedar grain and warm, rustic character. Each shelf section stands 15" high, for a combined overall height of 39" and a total run of approximately 9 feet. The back is finished with aromatic red cedar vertical slats, and the entire piece is sealed with two coats of hard wax oil for a smooth, natural, low-sheen protective finish.

Desk Chair

A sturdy desk chair made of red maple and built to match the cedar desk. The chair is designed for comfort and durability. The seat and back are shaped and sanded smooth, while the frame uses traditional mortise-and-tenon joinery to handle everyday use.

Squirrel House

These squirrel houses are built for the squirrels that visit our property. They are designed as durable, weather-resistant nesting boxes that mount securely to posts.

Squirrel Feeder

These feeders are built to handle daily visits from enthusiastic squirrels. Our design focuses on a decorative, easy-to-use feeder with a platform that keeps peanuts in place.

Workbench Table

A heavy-duty workbench table built to support real projects — from woodworking and repairs to hobby work. The top is thick and solid, and the base is braced to minimize racking and wobble.

Cosmetic Stand

A compact spruce cosmetic stand built to organize everyday items in a bathroom or bedroom. The shelves and top are sized for bottles, brushes, and small containers, providing storage without taking up much counter space.

Workbench with Drawers

A more advanced workbench design with integrated drawers for tools, hardware, and measuring equipment. Built with a strong pine frame and a birch top and birch drawers, this bench is made for serious use, with storage right where it’s needed.

Curtain Rod

Simple, rustic curtain rods made from balsam fir and built to match cabin interiors. Each rod is sized to your window opening and crafted from straight, small-diameter logs with natural character.

Delivery Box

A large, cabin-style delivery box built to protect packages from weather and wildlife. Styled like a small rustic structure, it offers a secure, clearly marked place for carriers to leave deliveries near a cabin door.
